About the role
Manage and improve performance measurement and management across Member Experience teams. Build scalable frameworks and leverage AI tools to enhance operational effectiveness.

• Build scalable performance frameworks and scorecards. • Partner with BPO vendors and operational leaders. • Analyze audits and operational reports for insights. • Develop dashboards and business review materials. • Improve performance tools and member workflows.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years in contact center quality or performance management. • Proven success with BPO or operations teams. • Strong analytical and data translation skills. • Experience with scorecards and reporting frameworks. • Excellent project management and communication skills.
