About the role
Manage and improve operational processes for Engineering, Product & Design teams. Drive efficiency and operational health through data insights and process improvements.
What you’ll do
• Own bug tracking, incidents, reliability, and escalation processes. • Analyze operational health data and identify improvement areas. • Build dashboards and reports in Jira and Snowflake. • Support planning and project tracking activities. • Lead project retrospectives and continuous improvement initiatives.
What you’ll bring
• Experience as Program or Technical Program Manager. • Deep understanding of engineering team operations. • Experience with operational health processes. • Strong data skills and dashboard building. • Comfortable with ambiguity and remote work.
