About the role
Lead and oversee large-scale federal transition assistance programs for military Service members. Manage program execution, staffing, risk mitigation, and stakeholder coordination across dispersed teams.
What you’ll do
• Lead cross-functional teams for curriculum and training operations. • Manage project plans, staffing, and operational readiness. • Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and quality standards. • Coordinate with Government stakeholders and monitor program risks. • Support delivery of transition services to 200,000 Service members annually.
What you’ll bring
• 12 years of experience. • Master’s degree in related field. • 5 years managing national scope programs, preferably DoD. • Project Management Professional certification or equivalent. • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
