About the role
Manage financial, operational, and compliance aspects of grants for partner organizations. Support full grant lifecycle and strengthen partner capacity.
What you’ll do
• Manage Spanish-speaking partner budgets and expense reviews. • Support annual partner grant agreement process. • Update project management tool with grant info. • Ensure compliance with subaward monitoring policy. • Support finance team with audit related to grants.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years relevant experience. • Fluent Spanish and English; Portuguese a plus. • Strong Microsoft Excel skills. • Based in Latin America with work permit. • Ability to travel internationally four times per year.
