About the role
The Program Director will coordinate and oversee federal enterprise ServiceNow implementation projects from planning through delivery. They ensure projects meet schedule, scope, and contractual requirements while managing teams and stakeholders.
What you’ll do
• Coordinate planning, execution, and completion of projects. • Oversee project scope, schedule, resources, and risks. • Develop and maintain integrated project schedules. • Lead project team members and coordinate resources. • Prepare and present project status reports and updates.
What you’ll bring
• 10+ years project management experience in IT programs. • Experience leading cross-functional teams and setting deadlines. • Strong skills in project planning, risk, and issue management. • Experience with Agile/SAFe and federal IT or ServiceNow preferred. • Bachelor’s degree and PMP certification required.
