About the role
Provide strategic and operational leadership for hospital coding and billing programs. Serve as a senior subject matter expert and client-facing leader to improve coding accuracy, reimbursement, compliance, and financial outcomes.

What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • 7+ years in hospital coding, billing, or revenue cycle. • 3+ years leadership or program management. • Strong knowledge of hospital coding and billing. • Excellent communication and project leadership skills.
