About the role
Implement, customize, support, and deploy cloud-based NICE Actimize solutions for financial services customers. Work closely with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality implementations.
What you’ll do
• Analyze customer requirements and assess technical feasibility. • Configure and customize NICE Actimize solutions. • Develop and enhance solution components using SQL and Java. • Support deployments across environments. • Perform root cause analysis and resolve issues.
What you’ll bring
• 2–4 years experience in SDLC or technical services. • Strong SQL and relational database knowledge. • Experience with Windows and/or Linux. • Good analytical and problem-solving skills. • Effective communication in English.
