Serve as a technical authority integrating and optimizing workflow automation solutions for customers. Guide customers through scoping, designing, building, and deploying automation workflows.

• Shape Professional Services processes and procedures. • Scope automation Stories and workflows per customer needs. • Analyze customer tools and pain points for automation roadmap. • Design and develop automation workflows using APIs. • Partner with customers to ensure workflow success.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years in Professional Services or SOAR platform implementation. • Strong customer-facing consultancy skills. • Expertise in API documentation and authentication methods. • Understanding of LLMs, agents, and automation models. • Passion for supporting customer automation goals.
