Products Developer / Systems Analyst

About the role
The Products Developer/Systems Analyst supports project execution and end user training for Decision Resources products. This role is fully remote and involves working closely with the Director of Product Solutions.
What you’ll do
• Lead developer and liaison with customer stakeholders. • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements. • Define and develop information solutions. • Perform quality assurance planning and testing. • Run training sessions and provide post-production support.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's in Computer Information Systems or related field. • 3-5 years in IT Developer/Systems Analyst role. • Experience with Syteline V.10 and related platforms. • Full life cycle project management experience. • Programming in VisualStudio.NET and PL/SQL.
