About the role
Lead production support operations for Lyzr AI's agentic AI platform, managing incidents and team performance. Ensure smooth workflows and client satisfaction through effective incident management and escalation.
What you’ll do
• Own full incident lifecycle for P1/P2 issues. • Manage and mentor 3-6 Production Support Engineers. • Build and optimize 24x7 follow-the-sun shift rota. • Serve as primary escalation point and client contact. • Maintain support toolchain and knowledge management.
What you’ll bring
• 5-8 years production/application support experience. • 2+ years in lead or senior role. • Experience with SaaS/AI/ML platform support. • Proven P1 incident commander with ITIL Foundation. • Familiarity with Jira, PagerDuty, Datadog, Confluence.
