About the role
Manage daily production at the Aba plant ensuring quality, timeliness, and cost targets. Lead over 200 production staff and maintain zero downtime culture.
What you’ll do
• Reduce changeover time and control scrap rate below 2%. • Meet daily production targets with 100% OEE focus. • Plan and execute production schedules based on sales orders. • Lead and train over 200 production staff across shifts. • Track resin consumption and manage raw material issuance.
What you’ll bring
• 3-5 years in plastics manufacturing with injection molding experience. • Reside in Aba or willing to relocate. • B.Eng or HND in relevant engineering or equivalent experience. • Strong Excel and basic ERP skills. • Experience managing 30+ factory workers in industrial environment.
