About the role
Consult with sales teams and customers on software solutions and professional services. Provide technical support in sales presentations, training, and service delivery.
What you’ll do
• Participate in on-site customer visits and meetings. • Advise customer IT staff as technical advisor. • Assist with RFP responses and sales proposals. • Develop Proof of Concept for customer review. • Prepare Statements of Work outlining requirements.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • 0 to 2 years printing pre/post-sales support experience. • Willingness to travel up to 70% with overnight stays. • Valid driver's license and insurance required. • Fiery Professional & Expert Certification preferred.
