Production Operator

About the role
Plan, supervise and control daily mayonnaise production to meet output, quality, food safety, yield and cost targets. Ensure compliance with recipes, SOPs and regulatory requirements.
What you’ll do
• Execute daily production plan for mayonnaise line. • Monitor process parameters and take corrective actions. • Enforce GMP, HACCP and hygiene rules. • Supervise line operators and conduct shift handovers. • Carry out equipment checks and report breakdowns.
What you’ll bring
• B.Sc or HND in Food Science or related field. • 2-4 years in food or FMCG production role. • Knowledge of GMP, HACCP and NAFDAC. • Experience supervising production line. • Basic computer skills and willingness to work shifts.
Life at Fadac Resources
Work is based at the industry plant in Makun city Ogun state with factory and warehouse environment. Shift work and extended hours may be required.
