About the role
Serve as the operational extension of Product Management leading customer implementation and customization projects. Help customers adopt workflows and translate requirements into scalable product solutions.
What you’ll do
• Act as primary product contact during onboarding and implementation. • Guide customers in adopting recommended workflows and best practices. • Lead discovery workshops to understand customer needs. • Own delivery of customization projects from discovery to deployment. • Support rollout, testing, training, and change management.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years in Product Specialist or Business Analysis in B2B SaaS. • Strong understanding of SaaS products and implementation. • Technical knowledge of SaaS platforms, APIs, and integrations. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
