About the role
Manage product and technical delivery of compliance and safety initiatives across EverAI platforms. Collaborate cross-functionally to improve safety systems and build safeguards into new features.
What you’ll do
• Translate safety policies into product requirements and engineering work. • Own product improvements for in-house moderation systems. • Lead third-party safety partnerships and integrations. • Establish safety dashboards and quality assurance processes. • Coordinate incident response and continuous improvement.
What you’ll bring
• Data-driven product decisions aligned with legal/ethical standards. • Experience with content moderation and AI guardrails. • Work experience in trust, safety, and compliance. • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills. • Comfortable working with AI tools and third-party safety integrations.
