About the role
Lead growth initiatives for a core product area, embedding growth from day one. Collaborate across teams to design acquisition, activation, adoption, and retention strategies.
What you’ll do
• Own growth end to end for a core product area. • Partner with product PMs and engineers on growth ideas. • Design discovery-led acquisition loops. • Rally teams around measurable outcomes. • Work across engineering, marketing and GTM.
What you’ll bring
• Experience as Product Manager with Growth exposure. • Demonstrable AI-native product experience. • Comfortable in fast-moving 0→1 environment. • Strong communication and credibility building. • Technical fluency to partner with engineering.
