About the role
Lead product strategy and roadmap for Digital Proving Grounds and Axion Sim simulation tools. Drive product-market fit and cross-functional outcomes for defense simulation platforms.
What you’ll do
• Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for DPGs and Axion Sim. • Run discovery with program offices and autonomy vendors. • Define sim-to-live workflow from mission to live events. • Set simulation roadmap balancing fidelity and speed. • Write requirements and define success metrics.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's in technical field or equivalent experience. • 8+ years product management of complex technical products. • Deep technical fluency in simulation and sensor modeling. • Strong customer research and user engagement skills. • Experience scaling custom products to repeatable offerings.
