About the role
Own the corporate actions product lifecycle at a rapidly scaling self-clearing broker-dealer. Build and operate systems, vendor relationships, and processes for accurate, compliant corporate action processing.
What you’ll do
• Drive product roadmap for corporate actions end-to-end. • Manage vendor relationships and data quality. • Design staged automation for mandatory corporate actions. • Deliver operational dashboards and entitlement worksheets. • Coordinate corporate-action work for international markets.
What you’ll bring
• Deep knowledge of brokerage corporate action processing. • Proven product management experience in fintech or brokerage. • Fluency in clearing and post-trade processes. • Strong cross-functional leadership skills. • Technical fluency with data systems and reconciliation workflows.
