Design experiences that help businesses start and grow successfully on Stripe. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define problems, shape direction, and ship high-quality experiences.
What you’ll do
• Translate complex systems into clear product experiences. • Identify opportunities to improve coherence across journeys. • Partner with PMs, engineers, researchers, and strategists. • Develop long-term strategy and short-term solutions. • Design, prototype, and communicate ideas effectively.
What you’ll bring
• 4+ years product design experience at tech company. • Strong visual craft, interaction design, and systems thinking. • Experience with complex product areas and workflows. • Strong product thinking and direction shaping. • Excellent communication and design rationale skills.
