About the role
Lead strategic sourcing, real estate acquisition, lease negotiation, vendor onboarding, and contract management for nationwide branch rollouts. Ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality-driven expansion of regional offices and branch centers.
What you’ll do
• Conduct due diligence and verify land titles before acquisitions. • Negotiate commercial leases securing favorable terms. • Develop centralized procurement strategy for branch rollouts. • Manage procurement of security and MEP infrastructure assets. • Coordinate logistics and facility handovers across Nigeria.
What you’ll bring
• 4-7 years procurement and strategic sourcing experience. • Experience in commercial real estate acquisitions and lease negotiations. • Knowledge of construction and lease contract frameworks. • Proficiency with ERP and procurement software. • Strong negotiation and cost analysis skills.
