About the role

What you’ll do
• Lead market search and evaluation of real estate assets. • Negotiate commercial leases and acquisitions. • Develop centralized procurement strategy for branch rollouts. • Manage vendor onboarding and compliance. • Coordinate logistics and facility handovers.
What you’ll bring
• 4-7 years procurement and strategic sourcing experience. • Experience in commercial real estate acquisitions and lease negotiations. • Knowledge of Nigerian commercial property market and leasing laws. • Proficiency with ERP and procurement software. • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
