About the role
Manage day-to-day procurement activities and coordinate supplier relationships. Ensure timely availability of materials for production and business operations.
What you’ll do
• Follow up on approved orders and coordinate timely delivery. • Maintain procurement records and supplier databases. • Monitor material requirements with Production and Stores teams. • Process purchase requests and prepare purchase orders. • Obtain and compare quotations for competitive pricing.
What you’ll bring
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. • Good communication and follow-up skills. • Degree or HND in Procurement or related discipline. • Must be an NYSC corps member. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
