About the role
Manage procurement activities including stock updates, supplier coordination, and inventory planning. Ensure compliance with company policies and support sales with quotations.
What you’ll do
• Update stock cards and stock levels daily and weekly. • Prepare procurement reports regularly. • Coordinate shipping, clearing, and delivery. • Follow up with distributors on orders. • Process purchase requisitions and raise purchase orders.
What you’ll bring
• Organised and calm under shipment delays. • CIPSMN or CIPS membership is a plus. • Experience with customs clearance and foreign suppliers. • Strong Excel skills and record-keeping. • 2–4 years procurement experience, preferably B2B sales.
