About the role
Lead process engineering efforts to improve manufacturing efficiency, reduce costs, and maximize profitability at Lyndhurst Operations. Manage process design, implementation, and operation for polyurethane sealant and adhesive manufacturing.
What you’ll do
• Lead process engineering department and staff. • Improve industrial processes for efficiency and sustainability. • Manage process engineers and capital expenditure plans. • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. • Coordinate technical reporting and project management.
What you’ll bring
• B.S. in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering. • 10+ years manufacturing process engineering experience. • 5+ years team building and management experience. • Excellent communication skills. • Ability to lead process improvements and lean analysis.
