About the role
Oversee daily operations and performance of Prior Authorization teams in Billing Operations. Manage team productivity, quality, and compliance to minimize reimbursement delays.
What you’ll do
• Oversee Prior Authorization team operations and workflow management. • Provide leadership and coaching to domestic and offshore teams. • Monitor KPIs including productivity and case resolution rates. • Resolve prior authorization denials and coordinate appeals. • Collaborate with internal teams to improve billing workflows.
What you’ll bring
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • 3+ years healthcare revenue cycle experience. • 1+ year supervisory or team lead experience. • Strong knowledge of prior authorization and payer policies. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
