About the role
Lead the design and execution of critical security infrastructure services for OpenAI's research and production environments. Ensure reliability, scalability, and security of core systems protecting AI models and data.
What you’ll do
• Own architecture and roadmap for core security services. • Design planet-scale security systems across hardware and cloud. • Lead cross-functional launches and migration plans. • Build security primitives like identity and key management. • Mentor engineers and drive secure-by-default practices.
