About the role
Lead product work to build AI agents for workforce management from research to enterprise deployment. Work hands-on with AI Lab engineers and CEO to define, prototype, evaluate, and deliver agentic AI products.
What you’ll do
• Define agent responsibilities and escalation protocols. • Identify workflows suitable for AI agents. • Design human-in-the-loop contracts for scheduling decisions. • Ensure product quality through implementation and release. • Lead enterprise pilot deployments and commercialization.
What you’ll bring
• 7+ years product management experience. • 2+ years shipping LLM-backed features externally. • Enterprise B2B SaaS experience. • Ability to read code and prototype AI agents. • Strong written communication skills.
