About the role
Define and reshape onboarding experiences for restaurants using Toast products. Drive adoption of onboarding patterns across teams and partner cross-functionally to balance self-service, AI, and human support.
What you’ll do
• Define onboarding flows and feature adoption experiences. • Establish pattern language for onboarding across teams. • Partner with onboarding, customer success, and support teams. • Drive adoption of design patterns through influence. • Prototype and set direction hands-on in Figma.
What you’ll bring
• Experience shipping end-to-end onboarding or adoption flows. • Strong systems thinking across multiple surfaces. • Design AI-guided user experiences. • Strong visual design and prototyping skills. • Organizational influence at principal level.
