About the role
Partner with leaders to build high-performing organizations and deliver practical people solutions. Lead company-wide People programs and enhance employee and manager experiences.
What you’ll do
• Act as strategic advisor and coach to senior leaders. • Lead talent agenda including organizational design and workforce planning. • Shape and own company-wide People programs and practices. • Lead organizational change and engagement strategies. • Drive operational excellence and improve People Partner function.
What you’ll bring
• 10+ years HR or People experience, 4+ as People Partner. • Experience with Product, Design, and Engineering organizations. • Expertise in organizational design, talent management, and employee relations. • Strong judgment and ability to influence senior leaders. • Experience leading company-wide People programs and change management.
