About the role
Lead the ML team to design, develop, and scale predictive models and ML platforms for adtech. Drive real-time systems and MLOps with a focus on business impact and technical excellence.
What you’ll do
• Set technical direction for ML systems. • Design and train predictive models for adtech metrics. • Scale ML platform and manage model versioning. • Optimize real-time inference systems. • Lead MLOps and cross-functional ML workflows.
What you’ll bring
• 8+ years ML engineering experience. • 3+ years production ML systems at scale. • Hands-on adtech experience required. • Strong Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow skills. • Experience with real-time serving infrastructure.
