About the role
Lead the visual design direction of Unify, Workiva’s enterprise design system. Create high-visibility visual work for conferences, marketing, and executives.
What you’ll do
• Define and evolve Unify’s visual language. • Partner with teams for consistent visual design. • Maintain scalable token architecture. • Create reference designs and guidance. • Lead visual design for major events and presentations.
What you’ll bring
• 10+ years in product or visual design. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • Portfolio showing exceptional visual craft. • Experience with AI-assisted design workflows. • Strong collaboration and coaching skills.
