About the role
Manage and ensure success of Pie Production Units, overseeing operations and team performance. Drive sales and maintain compliance with company standards.
What you’ll do
• Ensure accounting documents are correctly filled. • Set up and monitor PPU KPIs. • Recruit and hire PPU employees. • Manage cost and resolve maintenance issues. • Prepare daily sales and performance reports.
What you’ll bring
• First Degree in Food Science or related field. • Minimum 5 years experience in QSR/FMCG sector. • Relevant Food, Health and Safety certifications. • Strong leadership and operational management skills. • Ability to ensure compliance with policies and food safety.
