About the role
Manage and supervise power plant shift activities ensuring optimal performance and safety adherence. Support training and SOP implementation for efficient operations.
What you’ll do
• Ensure housekeeping and power plant area cleaning. • Prepare and maintain production reports and records. • Implement in-house training and SOPs for staff. • Manage shift activities for performance and safety. • Organize testing of firefighting system and update documents.
What you’ll bring
• 15 years experience in gas based power plant operations. • Bachelor’s or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical Engineering. • Knowledge of SAP production report preparation. • Good communication and teamwork skills. • Proficiency in office productivity tools.
