About the role
Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of inactive and underutilised merchants. Focus on reactivating merchants and increasing portfolio utilisation.
What you’ll do
• Assess merchants’ business conditions and financing needs. • Manage inactive, dormant, and growth-potential merchant accounts. • Maintain accurate records of portfolio performance. • Develop reactivation strategies for inactive merchants. • Collaborate with teams to resolve account-related issues.
What you’ll bring
• 3 years experience in relationship management or financial services. • Strong customer relationship and negotiation skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM systems. • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in related discipline. • Willingness to travel regularly.
