About the role
Support new culinary creators onboarding and activation on CookUnity's platform. Facilitate smooth launch and growth of creator businesses through education and support.
What you’ll do
• Onboard and activate new creator brands and products. • Provide multi-channel support and education to creators. • Manage compliance and documentation for onboarding. • Collaborate with internal teams for process alignment. • Identify and implement process improvements.
What you’ll bring
• 1+ years onboarding or account activation experience. • Ability to work US EST hours remotely. • Strong customer relations skills. • Excellent organizational and time management. • Proficiency with Google Suite and project tools.
