About the role
Lead delivery of HR solutions at plant level, aligning with corporate HR strategies and plant operations needs. Manage workforce optimisation, performance, employee engagement, industrial relations, and compliance to boost productivity.
What you’ll do
• Act as strategic HR partner to Plant Management. • Implement HR policies and programs. • Support manpower planning and recruitment. • Manage employee and industrial relations. • Lead performance management and learning development.
What you’ll bring
• 15 years HR experience, 5 years at Head of Department level. • Experience in plant or manufacturing operations. • Bachelor's degree in HR or Social Sciences. • Chartered HR practitioner CIPMN/SHRM/CIPD. • Strong knowledge of HR in manufacturing and labour laws.
