About the role
The Pipeline Management Analyst supports frontline fundraisers with data and system needs. Responsibilities include donor research, event briefing preparation, and pipeline building initiatives.
What you’ll do
• Conduct donor research and provide capacity ratings. • Prepare briefing materials for events and tours. • Update Prospect Research Associates on donor news. • Lead reputational vetting and risk assessment. • Perform regular pipeline building searches.
What you’ll bring
• 1-2 years experience in donor research or related field. • Proficiency with research techniques and vendors. • Ability to manage high volume work in fast environment. • Strong data analysis and trend identification skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
