About the role
Support prescription intake, triage, and fulfillment processes across patient access journey. Coordinate among patients, prescribers, pharmacies, and internal teams to ensure timely therapy access.
What you’ll do
• Support prescription intake and triage processes. • Review prescription info for completeness. • Communicate case status to stakeholders. • Coordinate with pharmacist for prescription validation. • Manage inbound patient and prescriber inquiries.
What you’ll bring
• Active Texas Pharmacy Technician license required. • 2+ years as a Pharmacy Technician. • Strong knowledge of pharmacy workflows. • Ability to manage caseload and prioritize work. • Effective communication with patients and providers.
