About the role
Lead and own the Google acquisition channel to drive scalable customer growth for personal and business banking products. Manage campaign architecture, technical infrastructure, economic modelling, and channel governance.
What you’ll do
• Design and own Google channel strategy across campaigns. • Build and maintain campaign structures for dual-product funnel. • Architect and own full measurement stack and tracking. • Define attribution model and ensure data accuracy. • Own economic model and CAC targets for Google acquisition.
What you’ll bring
• 6+ years paid acquisition experience on Google UAC/App Campaigns. • Deep technical knowledge of Google's campaign infrastructure. • Experience building and owning measurement stacks. • Fluency in LTV/CAC modelling and budgeting. • Experience in fintech or financial services acquisition.
