About the role
Manage staff records, payroll inputs, and employee relations. Support HR reporting and performance reviews.
What you’ll do
• Maintain staff records, contracts and Zoho People. • Produce monthly HR reports on headcount, attrition, absence, payroll. • Support employee relations cases and policy compliance. • Prepare payroll inputs and handle pension, HMO, statutory remittances. • Run KPI setting, mid-year, annual and probation reviews.
What you’ll bring
• Knowledge of Nigerian labour law, PAYE and pension rules. • Degree in HR or business plus CIPM or equivalent. • Strong Excel, HR analytics and HRIS skills. • 5+ years in HR operations or as HR generalist.
