About the role
The role focuses on operational clarity and scaling People Operations through execution, process thinking, coordination, and automation. It involves managing workflows, dependencies, and operational systems within the People function.
What you’ll do
• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes. • Maintain operational consistency and data accuracy. • Coordinate execution between PBPs, managers, Finance, Legal, and Service Desk. • Improve SOPs, playbooks, templates, and documentation. • Support automation and operational standardisation initiatives.
What you’ll bring
• Knowledge of Ukrainian language is a must. • 3+ years in operational coordination or people operations. • Strong operational coordination and process management skills. • Experience with HRIS, ATS, LMS, benefits platforms. • Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
