What you’ll do
• Partner with leaders on hiring and organisational effectiveness. • Push discussions toward decisions and outcomes. • Support leaders in addressing underperformance early. • Identify early organisational risks and signals. • Contribute to improving operational clarity and People infrastructure.
What you’ll bring
• Knowledge of Ukrainian language is a must. • 5+ years in HRBP or similar leadership-facing roles. • Strong experience with leaders in fast-moving environments. • Ability to challenge stakeholders constructively. • High ownership, maturity, and communication clarity.
