About the role
Manage and oversee associate leave and ADA accommodation programs for US and Canada. Ensure compliance with laws and support associates and managers through leave processes.
What you’ll do
• Manage leave of absence program per policies and laws. • Coordinate with leave vendor on various leave types. • Provide guidance on leave regulations to associates and managers. • Serve as ADA inquiries point and assist accommodation process. • Maintain records and prepare compliance reports.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years HR experience in leave administration. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. • Knowledge of benefits laws including FMLA, ADA, COBRA. • Results oriented with collaboration skills. • Preferred: Workday software and Canadian leave experience.
