What you’ll do
• Lead PCBA DFM manufacturability reviews. • Drive manufacturing risks to closure. • Develop and maintain DFM guidelines. • Maintain engineering documentation. • Support manufacturing readiness and prototype builds.
What you’ll bring
• Degree in engineering or equivalent experience. • Experience in PCBA DFM and hardware NPI. • Strong SMT assembly process knowledge. • Experience reviewing PCB layouts and manufacturing packages. • Practical AI tool use for engineering workflows.
