About the role
Manage end-to-end payment workflows and resolve exceptions to ensure timely payments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve payment systems and customer experience.

• Own operational layer of payment workflows. • Investigate and resolve payment exceptions. • Contribute to product specs and launches. • Mine customer feedback for payment friction. • Manage relationships with bank and payment partners.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years in payment or banking operations. • Knowledge of domestic and international payment rails. • Strong analytical instincts, SQL a plus. • Experience with bank portals and reconciliation tools. • Clear communication with technical and operational teams.
