About the role
The Payments Analyst manages payment queries, coordinates with vendors, and supports payment-related projects. They maintain relationships with service providers and ensure smooth payment operations.
What you’ll do
• Monitor PSP balances daily. • Perform analysis on payment metrics. • Conduct daily transactional reconciliations. • Manage settlements for non-automated PSPs. • Execute refunds using back-office applications.
What you’ll bring
• Degree in Finance, Mathematics or related field. • 2+ years experience in payment solutions or Forex. • Excellent English command. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel. • Strong communication and multitasking skills.
