About the role
Contact prospective patients quickly to book free consultations and support their treatment journey. Manage high call volumes with empathy and professionalism.
What you’ll do
• Contact new patient enquiries within minutes. • Engage patients with warm, empathetic approach. • Manage 80 calls per day using predictive dialler. • Record calls and follow-ups in CRM. • Work towards booking and conversion targets.
What you’ll bring
• Experience in appointment setting or patient bookings. • Warm telephone manner with strong listening skills. • Excellent English with clear, neutral UK accent. • Experience with HubSpot and Aircall or similar. • Availability for UK evening hours and Saturdays.
