About the role
Provide expert field-based access and reimbursement support for Nuplazid in assigned territory. Act as liaison between healthcare providers, pharmacies, payers, patients, and HUB resources.
What you’ll do
• Prevent and address access and reimbursement issues. • Educate healthcare providers and patients on access process. • Build and maintain Nuplazid access knowledge with HCP offices. • Coordinate with customer support, pharmacies, and field teams. • Escalate payer issues to national account managers.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree required, life sciences preferred. • 4+ years in pharmaceutical sales, market access, or specialty pharmacy. • Strong knowledge of Medicare and healthcare environments. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to travel up to 60%.
