About the role
Manage and support partnerships in manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, and warehousing. Coordinate partner engagement and supervise a direct report to connect YouthBuild students to training and employment.
What you’ll do
• Support launch and implementation of industry partnerships. • Collaborate with affiliate staff and partners. • Create and share tools and resources. • Maintain data tracking and impact reports. • Supervise Strategic Partnerships Associate.
What you’ll bring
• Experience in partnership management or workforce development. • Knowledge of manufacturing and logistics sectors. • Strong communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to coordinate projects across teams. • Technical skills including MS Office and Salesforce.
