About the role
The Partnerships Manager builds and manages strategic partnerships to scale impact in food processing and waste-to-value activities. The role focuses on inclusive sourcing, backward integration, and policy advocacy to create sustainable job opportunities for youth, women, and persons with disabilities.
What you’ll do
• Engage TVET institutions for training and internships. • Partner with Enterprise Support Organizations. • Advocate for inclusive policies with government. • Collaborate with Organizations of Persons with Disabilities. • Monitor and manage partnership performance.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree with 7 years or Master's with 5 years experience. • Experience creating job opportunities for youth and women. • Strong negotiation and multi-stakeholder collaboration skills. • Excellent English; local languages advantageous. • Experience in agriculture or donor-funded programs.
